Who We Are

A team of nutrition enthusiasts, not marketers

The Calder Wellness was founded in Leeds by a small group of nutrition writers and active-lifestyle enthusiasts who wanted to bring genuinely transparent supplement information to UK consumers.

We grew tired of seeing food supplements marketed with dramatic before-and-after imagery and unsubstantiated promises. Our founding principle is simple: every claim we make is either EFSA-authorised at the nutrient level, or clearly labelled as traditional use or customer experience.

We do not employ doctors or medical professionals as brand ambassadors. We do not make disease claims. We believe that honest, regulation-compliant communication is both the ethical and the most sustainable way to build a brand.
